After review and selection by the leadership, a short list is developed further into concise business plans. The plans provide senior leadership with clearly articulated, uniformly presented options.
- The Execution Phase maps the plans to longer term strategies. Leadership can select, prioritize, allocate resources and cultivate relationships necessary to execute the plans.
